I don't know what this next year is going to bring, but with any luck, this will be a look back at what I was doing at the start of 2025, if nothing else. A way for me to reflect on my progress, on whether I can keep up with the pace I've set for myself, and whether my goals are still realistic and achievable.  Perhaps it will reveal patterns in my work habits, areas where I excel, and areas where I need improvement.  It will be interesting to see how my perspective changes over time, and to compare the aspirations I have now with the accomplishments (or lack thereof) I can document a year from now.  This journal, this record, will serve as a valuable tool for self-assessment and future planning.

I think tomorrow I am going to post a little bit of my writing here.  I'll start with some of my more general pieces, the ones that are suitable for a wider audience.  I want to gauge the response, to see what kind of feedback I get, and to understand what resonates with readers.  My hope is to build a community here, to connect with people who appreciate my work.

I think the more erotic stuff will have to find its way onto Wattpad, so if you are looking for that, that's probably where you are going to find the spicy side of life.  Wattpad seems like a more appropriate platform for that type of content, given its established audience and the platform's guidelines.  I want to respect the boundaries of this space while also sharing all aspects of my creative output. I'll post here a sample of my more general work tomorrow, and I'll provide a link to my Wattpad profile for those interested in reading my more mature pieces.

It's A Monday!

Mondays are the starting point of most people’s week the thing that jumpstarts the week but when you spend most of your time at home because you’re a recluse and agoraphobic Mondays are a bit different, Mondays feel just like Sundays, just with fewer friends around.

So it’s one of the days of the week I hate the most, and I know that most of the people who have to get up and go to work on the dreaded Monday hate it too. There is a YouTube personality out there, his name is Olan Rodgers, and he does a video, (I’ll post it at the bottom so you can watch it) and it’s about Mondays, and it gives me a giggle. So, just know if you hate Mondays, you're not alone friend. I hate them too.

Hi there! I'm a creative soul navigating life with resilience and a touch of wanderlust. I call Colorado home but dream of cozy cottages in the English countryside, where moody skies and quiet mornings suit my introspective nature.

I'm passionate about music, video games, and storytelling. Writing is my way of exploring the world inside my head, and I’m working on a novel featuring two deeply compelling characters, Maddison and Huru. Living with CPTSD, agoraphobia, and depression has shaped my outlook, but I believe in finding light through creativity, connection, and self-care. CBT, music, and naps are my go-to remedies for life's challenges. I’m also dedicated to personal growth—whether it’s becoming a better neighbor or embracing new opportunities.

On a lighter note, I have a soft spot for accents, particularly the UK variety, and love the idea of a rugged, tortured romantic hero (fictional or not) who’d “burn the world down” for those he loves.
